Check-in/Check-out Policies

Check-In: 15:00

Check-Out: 12:00


Late Check-out Hour: 13:00

Late Check-out Fees: $80.00


Late check-out (after 12:00 and before 13:00) may result in a fee.


Property and Cancellation Policies :

Full Charge - Full Stay - If canceled within  24hours of check in time at 3pm


Partial Charge - First Night Stay - If canceled within 72hours of check in time at 3pm

Terms and Conditions

Registered Guests

Hometel Suites is for the enjoyment of registered hotel guests only. Non-registered guests are allowed on the property only with prior approval from the front desk staff or management. This privilege is not guaranteed and all unregistered guests who are given permission to visit must leave and remain off property during the hotel's quiet hours which are from 11pm to 7am. Violation of occupancy policies is grounds for immediate eviction of all guests without a refund.


Room Policy

Each Room type, other than the number of people accommodated, unpaid extra person is not allowed to stay , if we find it move out straight way 

and non Refundable .the guest must pay for extra person at the Front desk when the guest check in (extra person Adult $70/child$50/per night)


Smoking Policy

We are a non-smoking hotel. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, vaping and other forms of smoking. Smoking in an undesignated area anywhere else on the hotel property is subject to a $700 penalty.


Checkout

Checkout is at 12pm If you require a later checkout, please contact the front desk if you request late check out the day of departure. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Guests who linger past check out time . it will be charged late checkout penalty of $70.00 every half hour.


Security Deposit

Guests will be required to leave a incidental deposit requirement of $+1 213-384-7788 while the guest is staying for all methods of payment.

(prevent the damage the room , Room Keys, Parking permit, Late check out etc)


Damage

Guests are responsible for hotel property and amenities. Guests will be charged with replacement or repair of damaged hotel property or rooms. Management assumes no responsibility for accidents, injuries, theft or loss of personal items due to any cause. By signing below you are releasing Hometel Suites of any responsibility or liability claims. We at Hometel Suites reserve the right to refuse service and to evict any guests without refund.


Pet Policy

All pets are prohibited on the property. A penalty of $+1 213-384-7788 will be applied to the bill if a pet is discovered on the premises. Service animals are allowed as California and federal law permits. Service dog owners are required to fill out and sign our Service Dog Owner's Code. ESA (Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed.


Safe Deposit Box

Hotel guests will be held responsible for any loss or damaged caused for themselves as well as their guests. Management is not responsible for your personal belongings and valuables such as money, electronics or jewelry in the rooms.


Payment Policy

In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed, at the time of check in sufficient credit credentials for payment of accommodations must be provided through the authorization of a debit or credit card. When a debit or credit card is presented for authorization, please be advised that a credit hold in the amount of guest room charges, applicable taxes and a provision for incidental charges will be placed on the banking account. Cash payment upon check in is acceptable.
